Dr. Corinne Goldman
Goldman, Corinne DVM, MS, DACVIM (Small Animal Internal Medicine)
Dr. Goldman, Diplomate, American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine, is a Maryland native, and grew up in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. She earned her BS degree and DVM from Virginia Tech and remains an avid fan. She completed an internship at Carolina Veterinary Specialists, followed by an internal medicine residency and Masters Degree in Veterinary Science at Purdue University. During her residency, Dr. Goldman developed an interest in nephrology and minimally invasive urology, and provides non-surgical alternatives for management of lower urinary tract disorders here in Columbia, SC. Dr. Goldman joined our Internal Medicine team in 2008. She is an active member of the Society of Veterinary Nephrologists and Urologists and is a past-president of the Greater Columbia Association of Veterinarians. She lectures on the local, state, and national levels and has published articles in veterinary gastroenterology and urology and is co-author of a chapter in the textbook Nephrology and Urology of Small Animals.
After Hours: Corinne lives with her two Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Mena and Kyan, and cat, Penelope. She enjoys golf and traveling abroad, hiking with her dogs, curling up on a rainy day with her cat and a good novel, exploring local art galleries, and weekends at the beach.
